been thinking of ideas for Christmas..

If you're anything like I am, you start your Christmas shopping early, really early. I hate dealing with the crowds, the parking lots, the people who always want to take an hour looking at the one thing I am trying to maneuver my cart over to. I like to just get it over with and have one less thing to think about. Kaitlyn is so easy to buy for, a little too easy if you ask me. She's just so easy to please and likes just about anything you put in front of her, so I better enjoy that while it lasts, since before long she will be saying everything is not cool enough or cute enough or expensive enough.
It's a little hard with her birthday being so close to Christmas, but we just seem to make it work. I still can't believe she is almost 2! It seems like a million years ago we were at the hospital in awe looking at this gorgeous itty bitty baby girl.

*sigh*

Ebay selling limits?

This is the first I've seen this message, but Ebay will not allow me to list anything with the words Baby Gap or Liz Claiborne in the title. It says to wait 30 days before listing those items. What? So I emailed ebay with no response of course, even thought they say the respond to powersellers emails in 24 hours, yeah right. I clicked the live help to ask and they said I could have my accoutn reviewed and possibly have the limit raised. Oh how nice of them to allow me to sell on their website. It's not like I'm one of those people selling a million fake coach bags a week, come on! That just really bothers me.


**Update** lol It seems I am worthy of unlimited selling again, for the moment, according to Ebay. Yipee!

Haven't blogged in a while

We've been busy! It seems with Nissan cutting back their hours, that means Daddy is home more and I get less work done, odd huh? lol So I'm getting into listing my Halloween and Christmas clothes, as well as long sleeves and pants. I have so many jeans to list that I have been buying all summer, I have to get them all in order so I know which pictures go to which jeans. Sales have been pretty consistent, and I'm thankful for that, hopefully they will continue to stay that way. Keeps me busy, that's for sure.
Kaitlyn is 21 months old now, as of yesterday. It's so hard to believe, every day I look at her and can't believe it. What a bittersweet thing to see your baby grow up so fast. We're thinking of changing over her crib to a big girl bed, but we're not going to rush into anything just yet. Ah well I'm off to peek at her while she is still napping...

We finally got a break in the rain and it had cooled off a bit, so we went to the park to swing and go slide or as Kaitlyn calls it- wheeee!

It just keeps getting more and more interesting. Too bad Ebay isn't what it used to be when I started selling a couple of years ago.

are Ebay sales down, oh and bows!

A few people I have talked to have mentioned that their Ebay sales have gone down a bit over the last few months. Personally, mine went down in July, and made me lose my Powerseller status, but August is doing great, and at this rate I will be a powerseller again when they do their next review. My only advice is to keep at it, keep listing things. There are lots of buyers, and right now mine seem to be thinking back to school and winter clothes is what they want. I need to get out the Halloween costumes and list them, I've just been so terribly busy that I don't seem to have time for anything other than the usual day to day stuff. It's getting hader and harder to get anything done, since lately it seems Miss Kaitlyn wants to take shorter naps. That leaves me with a limited amount of time to do everything, so most of it spills over into the next day. *sigh* If only I had more arms.
My bowmaking has been busy, I have had order after order, and my website isn't even up yet. It is up but there's nothing there yet...again no time...
As for Kaitlyn, she's quite a little sweetie, giving kisses and hugs all the time. She loves to talk too, wonder where she got that from? I can't believe she will soon be 2!

long time no blog...

I haven't written anything in a while, I guess I've just been so busy, it's hard to make time to sit and blog when you have a million things you need to do. I still have a million things I need to do, but not as urgently I guess.

I've finally purchased my domain name, and signed up with wahmshoppes.com to get started. I'm just waiting to hear back from them on what to do next, which I have heard takes a few days. I'm excited, though a little overwhelmed I guess, since I'm such a planner, I'm already thinking of Kaitlyn's birthday December 14th and Christmas. She's getting so grown up and it's so bittersweet for me. I wanted her here so badly, now what does she do, but go and grow up on me!

And Ebay, wow it's been a busy week on ebay, lots of sales, lots of watchers, and lots of things relisting. It's definately a good time for sales of clothing! I'm thinking of getting Halloween costumes out soon too for listing.

the name says it all, or so they say

So why is it so difficult for me to come up with a name for my website? I thought I had the perfect name, but now I have second thoughts. Maybe I'll just go with what I thought of already. lol
The weekend went by in a whirlwind, as usual. I made a couple of stops getting some things for a bow order I'm working on, and found some neat little Christmas ribbon. Which by the way, I can't believe they already have Christmas stuff out at Michaels! That just tells me I need to get my butt in gear and get website up and running so I can maybe get some Halloween orders in. Though I have a huge overflowing laundry basket full of things I have taken pictures of to list on ebay. aaah
Kaitlyn is becoming quite the little diva- she loves jewelry or anything she can "make " into jewelry, like the roll of masking tape that she thinks is a bracelet. I'm thinking of making her a necklace for part of her birthday gifts, I just need to find something strong or magnets so if she pulls it, it won't break. Aah add it to the to do list. She insists on feeding herself with her fork and if you try to feed her a bite, she says "I do it" in her most serious voice. lol When did she get so big?
